The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is clean and good. The hotel is older. Some money needs to be spent on upgrades. Nothing to do with the staff. I feel secure there.
Negatives:
The hotel is older, smaller rooms. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and clean bathrooms. The landscapers need to do more and the parking lot needs to be cleaned.

The area that it was located in was convenient.
Negatives:
1. I didn't like that the key cards for the room were defective. (I was locked out of my room around 8pm for about 15 min 12/05. On 12/06 at 10:00am after trying to get breakfast again the key card didn't work and I had to go to the front desk and get another one)
2. I ordered room service 2 dinner and 2 alcoholic beverages at 9:20pm. I waited to call in regards to my order for a little over 1hr at 10:30pm, and was told food was sent to the wrong room 231 not 233 and that the kitchen was closed. ( Why did I not receive a return call about my order, to be notified who knows).
3. After arriving to get breakfast at 9:50am. Was told they weren't serving breakfast anymore. Yet breakfast was till 10am.( Could ask if I wanted to, take to go). Secondly being told we can't eat because they already cleaned up is unprofessional.
For example, " If someone goes to a store or restaurant even if there is only 10-15min left they still attend the customer. Why?
Because the customer will continue to return and be grateful for the hospitality.
4. The room was not cleaned properly, as there were spiderwebs behind the bed under the headboard. Also the room states smoke free yet you look out the balcony and there's a "Cigar Tray" right outside down the balcony for employees.
