They didn’t have the reservation. The staff was so rude! We ended going to the Days Inn across the street. The people were lovely & the facility clean & nice. We ended up extending our stay for 6 more days.

Staff was awesome at front desk but the rooms were not at all what was pictured and the beds were very old mattresses and u could feel the springs all through them it was very meaning from the pictures and the price is very high considering the false picture that's painted on the website about what room looks like it was filthy bathtub hadn't been cleaned floors turned my feet black and not to mention tv signal was super shaky this room is not what ur made to believe ur getting but staff at desk was amazing
