Stove not getting hot
Positives:
The room was of perfect size for four; the bathroom was nice and big. Everything was very clean.
The lodge is situated few km from entrance to the Yosemite, which is perfect! It is very quiet, which we appreciated.
They also have outside swimming pools and one indoor pool.
Negatives:
Unfortunately you have to pay for WIFI service; we think nowadays this should be included.
You can buy pizza and then there is one small restaurant. Choice is limited.
For breakfast we would recommend to bring your own.

Positives:
So close to entrance to the park. Also close to a gas station, none are available in the park. On site restaurant had a breakfast buffet that fit our needs perfectly. Good food, good selection. Great pizza place on site as well. They are dog friendly. the dog park was convenient. The rooms are backed up to the river. The river was really loud but the doors block the sound completely. We left the slider open a bit, we thought the raging river was a bit like white noise. They are improving the river side grounds. Will be a beautiful walking, sitting area when they are done. Also had a great game room. This hotel was perfect for laying you head down after a long day in the park. Our room had an electric fireplace, a massive soaking tub for 2 next to the bed and a shower for two in the bathroom.

Positives:
Proximity to Yosemite. Patio on the river. Convenience/Gift Store, 2 restaurant options on site, kitchen in suite, fireplace in room.
Negatives:
Our jetted tub didn’t work and outside hot tubs were not hot. Restaurant was expensive. No internet unless you paid 10 bucks for 24 hours and then it didn’t work due to rainy weather.

Nice room on upper level, so we appreciated the elevator. Balcony with a good view.

The restaurant was well below par, and operated on a first come first served basis and totally unappealing, we never ate there, got a pizza next door on our first night's stay. Subsequently, we dined at a nicer restaurant at the hotel down the road.

The bathroom shower area had mold or rotted wood at the corner floor where the shower and wall connect. Too bad the granite didnt continue another foot along the shower wall into the bathroom wall because that would have prevented water from rotting the bottom of the wall. If that was repaired I would have rated everything a 5 out of 5.
