Location to the airport employees were extremely friendly and kind lobby area was stunning, the south of the boarder flare was breathtaking( resort feel)
Negatives:
So much! charged$44/day for parking charged $50/ for incidentals bathroom extremely small when room was cleaned, housekeeping only gave 1 set of towels no jacuzzi for adults no tv guide, had to literally go through all the channels

They couldnt get my reservation at first but later found it. I was delayed for about 20minutes. They claim it was because it was through a third party.

Hotel was comfortable and clean enough. The door to the bathroom had a screw sticking out and it appears the door was not part of their remodeling. Bed was very comfortable and overall was a very comfortable stay.

Tiny bathrooms. You can't enter the shower w/o closing the door to the bathroom. The weather was cold & they could not provide heat to the rooms. Rooms don't have individual thermostats to heat/cool rooms. I got sick because no heat in room.

Room needs an update, faucets and things in the room was falling apart. Room was muggy,hot,no ac. Toilet clogged and water was over flowing out the bathroom got into the room and carpet. Called for help multiple times and no one came to help for over 1hr

It wasnt up to the standards of other Embassy suites. It is dark and feels empty inside, no wash clothes in the standard room setup, parking is $42 @ night, the breakfast wasnt as good as the Embassy Suites breakfast in Portland, OR.

Stayed one night before catching a flight. Woke up with a kink in my neck.
Positives:
Nice courtyard and room, but I was just in late and out early, so I didn't get to enjoy.
Negatives:
They never answered phone, so I couldn't get a shuttle pickup from airport. I took taxi to hotel and told front desk and they said phones aren't routed to them. Manager wouldn't come out to talk to me about it, but eventually they payed for taxi.
