Shuttle service. We had issues getting complimentary car from airport to hotel upon our arrival. On our way back to the airport, we were waiting outside for the shuttle to leave at the posted time and then found out it wasn’t running. The bath mat was dirty. There were French fries in the microwave. The white bed cover was stained in numerous spots.

The room was also not clean. There was a dirty spoon on floor beside table and food beside couch.
The bathtub wasn’t able to be plugged so my toddler and baby couldn’t bathe.
The breakfast wasn’t enjoyable.

Everything was exactly as stated in the pictures! My family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. Enjoyed daily breakfast omelette’s cooked to order. The breakfast was great, lots of variety! The staff was friendly. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

The hotel is newly renovated, you can tell by the crisp clean smell. I like how the sustainability and environment friendly the facilities. The restaurant was very good and so is the breakfast buffet. Security of the guests were also prioritized.
