good location, friendly staff, nice big room with well equipped kitchen.
Negatives:
the pool was closed for maintenance while we were staying at the hotel and we were directed to use the pool at the hotel next door. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and possibly broken because the mattress was not leveled at all

Room was nice, lighting was poor in the room and the bed was not comfortable and no fan in the bathroom. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchenette was very nice

Walking in there was a horrible, sweet smell...it was all over the lobby and in the elevators. It was horrible and made it hard to breath. The smell will keep me from ever returning. There was a rat trap you had to walk around to get into the back door...perhaps moved or camouflaged would have been an improvement. The parking area needs more lighting.

Positives:
Outdoor patio off dining area looked good but no idea how clean the bbqs are. Overnight security doing rounds and checking parking lot was good and needed. Close to Safeway and CVS and many services in a large shopping area. Quiet hours enforced by front desk. Dishwasher and fridge clean and freezer very large and worked well. Stovetop only no oven.
Negatives:
Television is very old and requires a cable box connection. Failed multiple times per day. Told to reset the box. Asked front desk for new cable box none available. Tv also not able to move freely on top of stand so you could never see it the whole thing from the sofa or bed as it was always partially covered by drapes or on an angle.
Sketch area and random strangers in parking lot smoking d*#>~s in their car watching everyone.
Business centre closed all four days with no compensation or alternative provided which is a problem for business people.
Lots of alarms going off in the building with no explanation if real or need to evacuate.
Sheets and towels only replaced every 4 days.
Told laundry free but all machines require payment.
Noise from floor above is quite bad; not so much from rooms on same floor. Front desk staff great.

Big rooms but small old...
Negatives:
Our little one ended up getting g a high fever. So we didn't want to make the trip and be out in the chili weather. Called hotel the lady said they would be ok refunding the hotel fee. Bookings reached out and hotel never replied. We reached out hotel never replied. Called hotel was told GM would call me back. Have not heard from them.
