No elevator. When asked for a 1st floor room the clerk rolled her eyes and said, Nope, none available. No one around to help with baggage up the stairs.
Booking.com said that there would be a continental breakfast and there wasnt any. Main reason we booked there. EXTREMELY overpriced.

Little couch was cute and manager upgraded our room to a balcony room for free.
They offer a late check out @3:00 for $50 so that made it a really relaxing morning

It was no frills the way I like it! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and well maintained. The shower was great! It was perfect for what we needed. More importantly, my wife was happy with our stay! :) We were there for four nights and the location was great for us (close to everything in downtown Fallbrook.) It had a nice clean vintage decor/design that my wife and I really enjoyed.

A very sketchy group of guests. Lots of screaming, fighting and slamming doors all night. Only one entrance into the hotel parking lot. Room was worn down, needs an update. Towels and linen are old. Will never stay here again.
