The room was very ugly and had a very bad smell .and I stayed there for 2 hours because I couldnt sleep , there are evil spirits.

What was most important to me is that I didnt hear loud traffic from a freeway or a highway. So it didnt keep me up at night. What is wrong with this hotel is the beds. When you roll over you hear springs? and sounds like cans.

Above the toilet in the bathroom ceiling was a leak that was never painted over, or it is a leak dirtying up to the ceiling. I told the lady at the desk about it later. I dont like it when they fold and fold wash, clause and then expect me to use it.

Not as advertised. Long-term tenants/homeless are there. Rooms are disgusting. Door jambs have been broken beyond repair. It was so bad and unsafe that we chose to stay elsewhere.

The whole experience was horrible. The room was terrible, door didn't fit correctly, no water in sink, no hair dryer, drapes are threadbare, mold around bathroom window. We left the next day, the room was soooo bad. This facility should not be availabe

I took pictures...Microwave didn't work, no plug on the bathtub, chair missing a leg, duct tape on the curtain to cover a hole, couldn't use internet and I slept in all of my clothes on top of the bed with my own small blanket I saw crumbs in the sheets.
