A room to be able to sleep and keep away from the extreme heat. The staff very attentive and likeable, willing to help.
Negatives:
Very noisy neighbors..far from most eating places..many homeless people walking around at all hours

A place to stay.
Positives:
Spacious and CLEAN ROOMS. As soon as my bf and I walked in, the whole room smelled like it was cleaned with bleach! Amazing! Also, its super close to my job. Loved this as it was very convenient for a few days.
Negatives:
Rough neighborhood, but that never bothers my bf and I. The thing that bothered us was we witnessed someones car getting broke into. Because of this, it makes it hard to want to stay again in the future. The break-in looked targeted, as if the criminal knew them. The targeted person came out their hotel room with a GUN and proceeded to try and shoot at the criminal while they drove away. This was a very scary experience.

Location is kind of hidden with plenty of quiet and privacy.
Negatives:
I saw some questionable people lurking around cars in the parking lot when it was late at night. Made me a bit nervous.

Comfortable!
Positives:
It was quiet even though it was right by the 99 freeway. But being by the freeway also made commuting convenient. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. The AC worked well to keep the room cool, a necessity for this time of year in Fresno.
Negatives:
Lack of refrigerator (I had something that had to be refrigerated), microwave, coffeemaker. The textured tub bottom didn't really work as I almost slipped getting into the shower and there were no safety grab bars. I hit my shin hard on the rim of the tub and still have the bruise from it. The TV seemed to be stuck on HDMI so I couldn't change the channels to watch anything else.
