How can the app allow to choose a smoking room when you specify you have children staying with you I know it usually label in the type of room but it would be nice if you get and secondary advisory warning that the room you selected is a smoking room before you book your stay

The whole motel is very rundown, all repairs look poorly done. This facility needs a major remodeling. Everything was either damaged or broken. There is mold in the bathrooms and cockroaches everywhere. We booked 4 rooms and all were in poor condition.

The room/facilities are in very poor condition. This motel is very rundown. The reservation said check in was at 1pm but when we arrived at the motel at 1pm the person at the check in desk said check in wasn't until 3-4pm. I was very upset as we had just arrived from driving 16 hours with no sleep and needed to rest before an event we had to attend that evening. They were able to give us our room at 2pm. The ac and curtains had burned marks, the bathroom door was falling apart and hard to open and close, the main door handel would get stuck couldn't open at times or wouldn't lock. There were cockroaches everywhere. There we're questionable people on the premises most of the time, made it feel very unsafe. One of the staff members informed us that the state pays for homeless people to stay there at times and then those people refuse to leave. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay, the condition of the whole facilities was unacceptable. We regret making reservations here only reason we did was we needed 4 rooms and this was the only place that had 4 rooms available for 2 nights the weekend we needed on short notice.
