That the room was clean even though it had cockroaches. However the TV was stuck on one channel at same volume because the remote was without batteries. I was informed at check out they, (management) HAVE batteries but take them out so they aren't stolen by guests....

A surprise pet fee was added by means of deduction from my cash security deposit @checkout rate was$15 per nite when it clearly states they are "PET FRIENDLY"

The bed was a box spring mattress that goes underneath an actual mattress and was hard as rocks and had metal coils. There were no breakfast items, not even coffee or tea.

Absolutely terrifying, the surrounding area were not safe, there is a fence around the hotel but it does not provide any sense of security. Houseless people everywhere, blatant drug use, barbed wire on the fence.

First of all the pictures are not accurate. There is no pool, the building, furniture and the area is really bad and honestly we didnt even stay. It gave us a pretty bad vibe, so we booked something else and went there instead.
