I was really surprised that upon check-in I was given the key to the room and when I got in to the room it smell a bit dirty but I went to the sink there was mosquitos on the sink on the walls in the bathroom as well.

The motel has been my first choice every time I travel here based on my previous stay so I chose this one again based on that. I like the fact that the rooms are in doors requiring a key entrance to get to the rooms.

This stay the free Wifi was terrible. The free breakfast was often dried out hard eggs tortillas and a lot of empty spots. There were multiple spiders in my room and a roach. Towels were not available when I requested clean ones.

i last came here in 2011, and i came back because (1) i remember that it is close to the gilroy outlet mall (2) i liked the bears' theme. breakfast options are great and it is a comfortable place for people to chill out in

as a hotel more targeted for business travellers, and short stay guests, i have no complaints. couldnt think of much that didnt meet expectations. so just sharing my thoughts here for the word count.

The shower rod was falling off we did inform the hotel but we hope to not get charged since it was like that upon arrival, bed wasnt too comfortable very stiff but overall had a good experience and love that they have balconies
