Could not sleep the first night {Xmas Eve} due to uncomfortably stiff bed. Xmas Day requested extra pillows for softer bed; they said yes but forgot to bring them to room. Went to the front desk 9pm but they only found 2 extra pillows. Never again.

Very clean, nice rooms, beautiful little sitting area In the middle.

Are we in a towel shortage? If the room reservation is for 4 then put 4 towels in the room. That's my only real complaint. Parking was a bit crowded and don't bother if you have a trailer. Overall a great room for the price.

The gentleman checking us in was very nice and very polite.
Negatives:
They said they never got the reservation thru you when I called to double check 2 weeks before the wedding. So they made new reservations.Then at checkout they charged us for BOTH! STILL WAITING TO GET IT STRAIGHTEND OUT! We called back to talk to manager as per the check out person. When I called she seemed nice and said she would get back to us within an hour. Nothing! I left 2 more messages and still nothing a day and half later! I am having to call their corporate office and they are supposed to get back to us in a couple days.. not happy! Also rooms need an update, and better cleaning. One bed had stains on the sheets. Ceiling was one big patch job. Also in bathroom.
