Everything from the rooms to the staff.. Only place we stay when we're in town.

The hotel was very clean and close to Sofie Stadium which is what I wanted .

The construction going on made the hotel too noisy and stair doors kept opening and closing til late hours and made it difficultly to sleep.

The roaches I requested a wheelchair accessible room was told I had one got to room it wasnt accessible Ill never book here again

They need pest control roaches was all in my room

I absolutely love the staff and the housekeeping is up to par for me.

My only problem with it and it has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel it's just the people that stay in the rooms sometimes they take items from like the kitchen area and the laundry baskets.
