Positives:
The location of the hotel is great. It is right and town and easy to walk places.
Negatives:
The room (studio king) was small compared to the photos. We were also put in a room that had issues with the wifi (the front desk staff said they had had complaints from our room and the one next to us; so WHY put us there?). When I spoke to the manager, he said they had not had a complain in the last month (even though the front desk staff had just told me that wasn't the case) and he made me feel like he did not believe me. Our only option was to move down the hall but we had already unpacked. It was very disappointing. The front desk staff also did not have great suggestions when asking about different options around town. Overall, they did not seem well prepared.

We had a strange, sewer like smell in our room upon returning one afternoon. Maintenance clearly took care of it as the smell was gone by the time we returned.

The continental breakfast was just right. Loved the Nespresso in the room. Pleased that the snacks were complimentary. The location would be hard to beat - so close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No convenient outlets for electronics (phones) at each side of the bed.
