The remodeled rooms are amazing. The beds are so comfortable and everything was spotless! Liz at the front desk when I checked it was very pleasant and very helpful. If I need to stay again someday I definitely will. There aren’t very many hotels that I would recommend in Hemet California, but this is one for sure!
Negatives:
I would’ve liked some bigger pillows. I woke up with a really stiff neck. I am definitely not gonna sleep with pillows next time unless they’re bigger because I’m assuming that was the cause of my neck pain I just couldn’t get my head comfortable other than that the bed is wonderful.

First, we were so cheerful greeted by the front desk person, Aalieyah. That really sets a nice tone for the stay. She is a real asset to the Best Western Plus Diamond Valley Inn. She had the same pleasant demeanor at check out. The rooms were very clean and the house keeping staff was efficient and friendly. We were coming for the funeral of a dear friend . We used to live in Hemet. We plan to return to Hemet this summer to help the son of our dear friend go through her music library and we will definitely stay again.

Checked it close to 9pm & Guests next door were loud & playing loud music.We called the front and they asked them to keep it down. They turned off the music but were still talking and laughing very loud. We were woken up at 6AM by the same guests next door being super loud , we called the front but this time they didnt do anything about it. Therefore, we had a horrible experience and didnt get any sleep! We asked to switch rooms but they were fully booked. Another thing, when we were going to lay down , we noticed our bed was filled with hairs! The top sheet and under blankets. We asked for an extra set of blankets and we only got a mattress cover and one sheet. We used the sheet to put on top of the bed but we didnt have anything to cover ourselves with so we just slept with our jackets on. For a $200 dollar room , I expected a better stay but we couldnt even rest.
