Days Inn by Wyndham Indio

Negatives: I already sent you an e-mail with no response from you. I was sent with a keycard to an already occupied room. I only know because when I opened the room door, I was confronted by a man who asked what I was doing in his room. I was scared. He could have beaten me up or even shot me. I didn't know who he was. Front Desk told me he was the owner's son and put me in a different room. Mattress was rock hard, as were the so called bed pillowows. I hardly slept. There was no coffee in the so called breakfast either. I should be refunded my stay. I reported the same to the hotel and haven't heard back.

Negatives: The entire hotel. The lobby alone would have scared me away had I had a choice. Room was meh, the toilet didn't work and I had to fix it myself to use it.

Negatives: Building looked like a storage facility similar to U-Haul. The machine to activate the room key cards was broken so we had to call a person from the front desk to open our room door every time we needed to enter back inside. The breakfast needs to be improved. We wished it included scrambled eggs & sausage links.

Negatives: price and location

Negatives: Stayed here because it has a hot tub. But the hot tub looked filthy. Was told that it was clean but the concrete was causing the discoloration. Didn't use the hot tub.

Negatives: Kind of stark outside property

Negatives: The hotel staff didn't do a good job in cleaning the bedding, there was hair all over the blanket after we checked in. In addition, the amenities are just not worth the cost they charged.

Negatives: They don’t have water to drink in the room.
