The pool and room are really nice. Front desk lady really helpful too. And the food from the robot chef not bad at all. Second time staying this year and probably coming back again next month.

Not even 15 minutes in our room when I went to use the bathroom and turn the light on …ROACHES ! ROACHES! COCKROACHES!
Notified front desk immediately about the situation… Staff/Front Desk didn’t seem to be shocked or embarrassed ( Acting like this was a regular occurrence.??)They did offer to relocate us into another room, but this was a dealbreaker for my wife and I and we notified them that we would be moving on from this location immediately!
