The room we had was next to a water heater closet and made loud noises throughout the night we did not get any sleep. Also the door to the building was left open so the floor was not secured that night. There was a company who had there employees there and the smoking from either the rooms were going through the vent or it was coming in from the unsecured door. Horrible experience this time.

When I went to take a shower the floor in the HANICAPPED bathroom flooded 3/4 of the way AFTER I got in and got wet and discovered there was NO soap or shampoo in the dispensers!

location is good, easy access to rooms, good breakfast for what it is. nice receptionists.
Negatives:
sliding doors that open to parking lot are not safe or secure at all! the locking mechanism does not work and even when engaged, the door is easily openable from the outside merely by jiggling the handle. Totally unsafe. Management knows about this and they've done nothing to remedy. We had to take out all our belongings during the day and take them with us in the car. ridiculous. Awoke with bedbugs and itchy dirty sheets! Maid did not come at all even though it was requested twice. One of the shampoo dispensers was not glued to the wall and fell off. Franchise run. Beware!
