Positives:
The location, the hotel garden courtyard and the path along the perimeter with the artwork installations. The high quality materials used for the room decor. The detail & thought put into the holiday decorations.
The spa was lovely. Beautiful Moroccan vibe & great massage - although the pool area is under construction, would’ve been a better experience.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the valet attendant wanted to charge me $7 to leave my car to check in! The hotel parking situation is a nightmare and we paid $40 per day to self park.
The beds were hard and worse, the pillows were bricks! One couple didn’t stay the second night & opted to sleep at home. We asked to bring in feather down pillows the second night & it helped. There usually are extra blankets & pillows in a drawer or closet. This hotel, there are none. Would’ve been nice to throw on an extra blanket on a cold rainy night!
The Goldfinch Restaurant portions are way too small for the price we paid. $18 for a small cup of steel oats oatmeal and $25 for a large bowl of small salad.

The room was clean and updated.
Negatives:
The neighbors were loud and easy to hear. The heat was very loud when the fan came on and off. The pillows were not comfortable and the added fees were plentiful. 39 daily resort fee for what I’m not sure. 35 daily self parking and 150 cleaning fee for pets who were spotless.

Negatives:
The hotel pool was under construction - like completely shut with a big chunk of the property off limits. Wish I had known this when we booked. Also, spa was quite snooty - wanted to go in the steam room w/o booking a massage and they were quite snarky about it.
