The food and service at the restaurant was great.
Negatives:
Our room was run down. Our toilet did not flush properly and they said they fixed it twice. Our fireplace did not work and then was fixed. Our shower head did not fully come on without the water still coming out of the tub spout. The property is pretty but our room was less than desirable for the money. I asked them to comp one room night and they comped us two service fees.

It was a beautiful location and resort.
Negatives:
The staff was terrible. We were not able to sleep the second night at all. The people next to us partied until 4:00 am. We reported them multiple times starting at midnight until 4:00 am. It was a terrible experience. We paid too much to be miserable all night! The staff did nothing to resolve the situation. It doesn’t matter how beautiful something is when you are exhausted and no one will help you. The staff here is not capable of handling difficult situations.
