Negatives:
Hotel was in the middle of major renovations. We were given no warning about this. Lobby was in the basement off from the garage. Virtually no staff to be found. Noisy renovations, dust everwhere, etc. Very disappointing given the price we paid!! No offer to compensate at all. Lame.

You simply cannot beat the location. The woman at the front desk talked me into an ocean front king, worth every penny. Such a relaxing, spectacular view. The pool is nice to hang out when the wind from the beach was too much.

It's very much under construction right now. I got a peek at the new rooms and they are stylish and serene. But be aware that when you're not in your room you will feel like you're on an active job site.

The hotel is fantastic.Even though it was going under construction it's still a beautiful. location In the city of laguna beach is perfect for any type of shopping or sightseeing. Look forward to going back to luko to beach and stay at the inn at laguna beach.

Perfect location for Laguna Beach main beach, nice hotel but very dated in places and the parking charge is extortionate in what is already an expensive hotel which has limited facilities.
Negatives:
We had a terrible nights sleep at Casa Loma. The room makes a host of different noises throughout the night which is incredibly disruptive. In addition, we were woken again early in the morning by a group chatting in reception. The rooms therefore are not soundproof and we could hear every word of their conversation despite being on a different floor to reception! The noise issues need to be addressed as they are not external noises outside the hotel which cannot be managed, they are internal noises which need to be dealt with.
