I love the newly renovated rooms. Our room was Carousel Room #1 and the sliding door to the balcony was facing the ocean. We would definitely go back and hope to book the same room again in the future.

Beautiful view - we were upgraded at check in and got a room with a glorious heated bathroom floor. Great bedding, fireplace, plenty of coffee pods. Maintenance and housekeeping staff we met were great.
Negatives:
The gal at the front desk Thurs.- Sat. was not pleasant. I booked a massage appointment and the therapist did not show up. The front desk person told us twice, "She should be there." We went back and double check - yep, she should have been there, but was not. Appointment was cancelled and the guest services manager sent us a bottle of champagne to apologize - that was classy.
We had to report that out toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor and the drain was plugged up, but both problems were handled kindly and efficiently by maintained, but having to report it to the front desk twice was awkward.

Beautiful grounds. Got upgraded when we checked in. Private bungalow. Walkable to the beach and view of the ocean. Staff were all nice. Bathrobes were soft and warm.
