It was convenient to the freeway. Parking was easy. I liked having a breakfast included but it needed some healthy options. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
My room was not being serviced. Room service only entered twice during my entire week stay. The first time towels were changed, bed was NOT made, bag of bathroom trash was left in the sink. The second time the bed was made, mirror splashes were not cleaned. There were two little black pieces of hard plastic on the bathroom floor that were there the entire time from arrival until the day I left. Having an unkept room, and a room with visible neglect made the hotel feel junky and dirty. I told Family members that are coming to the area next month not to stay there. The price was good but the care was not.
