Negatives: No bathrobe or slippers. No coffee machine. Staff were friendly enough but seemed very forced and unnatural.

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty.

Negatives: Really close to a loud club played music every single night. Staff was decently nice. Upstairs breakfast area was dirty and sticky floors. Payed my hotel through a third party then ended up paying double the amount in fees / valet / etc. was not disclosed in booking.com or else I would’ve booked directly through another hotel that’s more luxury.

Negatives: Rooms are small. There was no table or chairs

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: Pool was down, no bottles of water given which was basic

Negatives: the view was very bad , roof of another building with lots of fan and ..., and there was no shower cap and slippers which is necessary. I could not find a bottle of water from 2nd day after I used the one was there (no refill). there was a loud music noise all nights that did not let me have a good sleep. Location was a very big deal breaker. there was homeless all around the area. the first night I just shocked. and all line for club on the next door of this hotel. not a clean and safe area. Price: it really didn't worth the price, too expensive compare to what you get compare to a hotel in nice location Breakfast was good. the pool was closed during my staying with no notification anywhere . I would never choosed this hotel if I knew that. Price (does not match to all it offer), I booked it with Booking.com for flight+hotel (my currency set as CAD but you charged $US which needs to be fixed) this trip with all these headache does not cost even a $1 to me. I enjoyed all my time out of the hotel and had to got Uber each time to be safe. I didn't like the area (Not safe and Dirty, club area) Pool was closed (very very very disappointing), should be mentioning it the website. room did not have all needed stuffs (shower cap & sleepers) View of room was very bad, showing parking lot that homeless living in the car. For this hotel with all these problems the price does not match at all. very unfair and expensive.

Negatives: The first room I was given had a horrible view. The second upgrade i was charged for while another guest in front of me got a free upgrade for the same issue. My check in was horrible with information on the hotel room. None of the amenities were described unless I asked. The second room I was given looked like it was prepared for one guest, with one set of towels, robe, and vanity things. I refused to Call the front desk because I was already annoyed with having to pay for a different room. The nicest people at this hotel were the valet, so paying their daily fee, I had no issues. The location was okay, walkable to places. There are other hotels in the area, don’t let them fool you.

Negatives: The hotel takes a deposit of $150 for each night of your stay, I didn’t understand why one deposit couldn’t be taken to cover the whole trip, especially as the deposit was slow to return due to paying via debit card.

Negatives: This is a party hotel - they gave us a super quiet room. And we slept like babies. Staff recognised that we were a family and made a swift decision to "rehouse" us. Can't fault service
