Location it was such a disappointment

The best did not work which made It unbearable .such a disappointment and the coffee was too expensive and breakfast was a joke for 24.00 , what a total rip off

The convenience of the shuttle to / from LAX, the large room, the pool & the location - close to LAX & ACE rent-a-car.

The staffs consistent and unconvincing excuses over 3days about the defunct internet that, our technician is working on it nowit should be working in one hour. Appears the hotel relies on short-stay guests so excuses are acceptable apparently.

The room stinks. The ceiling has water seepage marks all around and the carpets are old and stinky.

Told me that they would just get an authorization on my card for incidentals but I actually charge $350 to it and I have not been able to get them to put through a credit. Bathroom had a stain that appeared to be fecal matter on it.

Hotel was very dirty and dated. No control over the temperature of the room, and it was 90 degrees in the room. Beds small and uncomfortable. -2 / 10 would not recommend.

I had to wait an hour to get a room when I made reservations then after the hour wait the keys didn't work. The room smelled couldn't get snacks because no access 350 holding deposit and the whole experience was trash

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was locked out my room the next day so I went to get my key reactivated but when I went back to my room, the key still wasnt working. I was moved to a lower room and the bathtub was flooded. Then I was moved again and the same problem happened.

Theres no free parking, they charged us $50 for overnight parking, our wasnt clean, theres a trash in the trash bin when we got in and one of the towels was used and hanged. Theres no fridge nor microwave oven.

Food wasnt good, limited overnight supplies in the store and convenience stores too far to walk, one staff member was dismissive when I asked for help locating items I needed, was denied a late check out.
