As you well know, your key system was amiss during our stay. All the advantages and amenities of the Omni--the LOCATION, the comfortable room, the pleasing interior--were offset by our having to plead for entry to the hotel from your Grand Avenue doors and entry to our room from front-desk staff. I hope you appreciate the pressure that your staff was under and award them appropriately.
