We have been assigned a room near the service elevator. It was very noisy and I believe if we were not very tired, we would have not been able to sleep. If you are offered a similar room, make sure to say no!
I sent a request for early check in and a crib for our baby weeks in advance. I never got a response. When I arrived at 1:30 pm, I have been informed that check in is starting 4 pm. I insisted on getting a room immediately because I notified in advance and also because with the baby, we needed to make her comfortable … I was then offered the worst room in the hotel and was told that usually they charge 120 USD extra for early check in.
On Booking, it is advertised that they offer free airport shuttle. When I asked for it, I have been informed that they don’t and that I will have to pay. I showed them the screenshot where it shows that it is advertised as free … they told me I should talk to Booking. I originally chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle service. I had to extend my car rental and to pay for parking at the hotel.
Parking at the hotel is convenient, but very expensive. 55 USD. When I went downstairs to pick ip my car (as instructed), I found no one and ended up being stuck for 10 minutes in the basement. When you pay the price, you expect at least to find someone downstairs when you pick up your car.

Check-in at 4 is too late. If someone flies into town in the morning, they have to wander for half a day before resting and collecting themselves.
Also everyone I met was confused by the elevator system.
