The pool is wonderful, the location is great, and the rooms are fantastic, huge and quiet from outside noise. We also had room service coffee which was excellent and the bar / restaurant area was fun. The front desk staff was helpful and responsive.
Negatives:
More common area would be nice. Nowhere for my friend to park even briefly to pick me up or drop me off (valets would give her about 20 seconds before
shooing her off).

Only thing to consider is valet parking is $35USD per night, however the team who run the service are really go above and beyond- they even charged our car for us which was so appreciated!

The restaurant was good with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel not so much.

We had to ask to move rooms as the whole of the floor we were on smelled of foul drain which was stronger in the bathroom.
The layout of the rooms was odd. The washbasin in one was in the hall I.e., not in the bathroom. In another room, the bed was in the centre of the room which created a lot of dead space behind.
Both rooms had very little storage for clothes with only one wardrobe and no drawers. When we complained, we were told that no one else complained. The staff in the hotel were generally not very warm and friendly.
