I ordered a glass of Can to take up to my room and the bartender brought out a clear Dixie Cup! He said they use every $ glassware and arent allowed to let guests take them to their rooms. Thats insane. Please consider some glasses that can go to room

The AC was broken. Our door was left open by the cleaning service. We felt extremely unsafe in Hollywood. We stayed at the hotel less than 1 year ago and could see and feel an extreme difference. We will unfortunately not be able to stay there again as we were very dissatisfied with our stay considering the price.

Perfect location to visit Hollywood! You are steps away from the Walk Of Fame and all the touristy stuff. It was also am easy walk to the Hollywood Bowl. Next trip I will definitely book again. Staff was super friendly. Pool was great!

Negatives:
The room was like a store. So many snacks, beverages, chargers and clothing merch it was hard to store anything outselves.
There are no elevators, at least at the poolside rooms. It smells like chlorine everywhere. Everythings more expensive than average in the bar.
I left my sunglasses in the pool for 30min, never to be found again.
