Lovely place, very clean, smells...
Positives:
City center, and clean place
Negatives:
Room was not good. They had a loud DJ at night till 2AM which was hard for us to sleep. The staff were also not helpful. We stayed in the fifth floor and still the floor was vibrating with sound all night. Not worth the money stay at a real hotel

Exceptional
Positives:
It was close to public transport
Negatives:
The area is rough, there are homeless people everywhere. The beds are tiny, the door to the bathroom wasn’t easy to open or close. The gym had no water despite having a water machine. The staff were not very friendly.

Superb
Positives:
On booking.com it looked like a good value. However it’s a scam and buyer beware.
Negatives:
Not family friendly: A questionable couple (can’t be a family from their convo) was having loud sex and the front desk had decided to place them next to our room. I almost called 911 when the women started crying after thinking it’s a human trafficking situation (it was that bad). They quoted down /left the place in about 20 min, so it could have been a sex worker. Walls are thin here than a regular hotel.
Location and view: Ridden with homeless people and you can fall asleep and wake up to the sound of homeless people cursing.
Room: No coffee maker and no towel hooks in the bathroom.
Staff: Some staff was friendly but the guy at the front desk said the ‘breakfast included room’ I booked had just $10 off breakfast. He was lying.
Parking: The ‘parking included’ is a scam and they will charge your credit card $55 per night, after your stay. When you call, they will say it’s written on their website, even though no one will tell you this or inform you or text you at the time they take your car for parking. Do yourself a favor and park on the public parking lot next to it ($30).
Room upgrade: the $25 room upgrade is also a scam. There is no view for this hotel other than looking directly into an apartment complex.
