No. Everything met expectations. Front check in desk person had an off night, wasn't particularly friendly, but not out right rude. Just wasn't pleasant to deal with. However, the car valet desk was VERY ACCOMMODATING and VERY FRIENDLY. A pleasure.

convenient covered parking (pricey but available), nice views of the city with the room I reserved.

Super outdated, couldn't believe I was at a 'westin' when they don't even have tap payment option at their front desk. Room is more like 3 star, old everything. Not even smart tv! trash in hallways, just disappointing. Go somewhere new with that price!

Description on booking site wasn't exactly correct. It stated bathrobes would be provided and that the room was a suite, however, it was not which made it a little tight for a family of four. Valet parking was not mentioned in the description and was a bit expensive.
