The receptionist was fantastic! He handled a difficult situation with another guest while we were checking out with amazing professionalism and poise and was kind but firm. We were very impressed with him and the security guards taking care of the issue quietly and quickly. The hotel is so clean, the bed was comfortable and such a beautiful lobby! There’s no bathroom fan and the door doesn’t stay open making it about 90 degrees and humid in there after a shower. I had to wedge something under the door to keep it open to cool it down. The parking cost was ridiculous.

The property was clean and well maintained. Convenient restaurant on premise. Starbucks is also on premise. Very close to the airport.

There was about a 24 hour period when the internet wasn’t working. Not sure why but that was quite inconvenient. I wish there were laundry services available on premise. Very close to the airport but requires a car for any other touristy activities.
