We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but were able to get our room immediately. The room was recently updated, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, centrally located with easy access to the ski area, restaurants, and ski shops. Included breakfast was a nice amenity, allowing us to get some food before hitting the slopes in the early morning.

We were given a room on the second floor. I didn't read and know they don't have elevator which was a challenge for me due to health conditions.

No hot water. Told we couldnt cancel our prepaid reservation but they would offer a significant discount. $60 is not significant and still waiting for it to be applied. Staff rude. Dogs barked all night. Air conditioner too noisy to sleep

The breakfast was perfect for fueling up. The property is only a block or two away from the village and conveniently across from a pizza joint.
Negatives:
Heating and AC is an old school wall mounted noisy unit. It works but it’s just loud and would caution for the light sleeper.
