Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple December 14, 2023

Positives: They have a good breakfast. There is always a desk in the room and good Wifi.

Negatives: The naugahyde sofa in our room had what appeared to be deep cat-scratch marks on the side and headrest of the sofa. It really gave the appearance of a flea-bag hotel. When I walked into the bathroom on the second morning a found a live silverfish.

Positives: The staff was wonderful and very helpful at the front desk. The pool was great.

Negatives: We had stayed for 6 nights and they told us they would come tidy up the rooms every other day, nobody came to clean our room till the 5th day we had to ask for toilet paper and even ask for our garbages to be emptied which is very disappointing because that is the reason we like to stay in hotels vs Airbnb when we travel so we dont have to worry about those little things.

Positives: The breakfast on the first day was good but we stayed for two weeks and it became a bit repetitive. Staff were really friendly, that's definitely the best part of the stay, the pool was nice and a good temperature, the kids enjoyed it

Negatives: The room was almost too small for a family. I think we didn't realise quite how small it would be for 4 of us for two weeks. It was sold as two double beds but one was a sofa bed. The room service really depended on who cleaned your room, sometimes it was amazing and other times quite badly done (drinks not topped up, towels left in shower, beds not made). It definitely felt claustrophobic after two weeks
