Positives:
Right on the marina, great views out the "water side". Typically quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
Happened to have a crying baby next door, which isn't a ding on the hotel, just on the experience. Room is now starting to show a little wear (leaking faucet, grout cracking).
Positives:
The location was great, right at the edge of the marina, surrounded by boats and great view of the sunset. The staft was also attentive and very helpful, for the most part.
Negatives:
The room was mid/unimpressive, it did not feel luxurious enough to warrant a nearly $---a night price, which is what I ended up having to pay (even though I was originally quoted a much lower rate and no one would help me fix the issue).

Room was subpar-it had a strong air freshener smell that couldn't hid something musty/smelly. Bathroom shower had mildew. Parking was $45/night! The hotel said they didn't know if there was anything cheaper nearby. We found parking for $8/night nearby.
