Really disappointing not the usual Ritz I’m used to. Staff was rude. The bartender was messy, spilled my drink didn’t bother to clean it up or give me a fresh glass. Service was slow. Housekeeping failed no turn down service one night. Room service made mistakes.

Bed size to small. Room was suppose to have king size bed , but had 2 twin beds. Restaurant had limited selection for vegans on menu. Never received email for final billing. Credit card was charged nearly $200 more than what I was told when I checked out
