Bed size to small. Room was suppose to have king size bed , but had 2 twin beds. Restaurant had limited selection for vegans on menu. Never received email for final billing. Credit card was charged nearly $200 more than what I was told when I checked out

I wanted to get some big bills exchanged for small ones and was told that you dont do that anymore. Told me where the nearest bank was.

Upon arrival, after 24 hours travelling, we were introduced to a “destination fee”. We believed this to be an optional service and as we had already prepaid thought no more of this and did not use any of the facilities described - therefore thinking we would have no additional costs for our stay.
On checking out we were horrified to be presented with additional “destination charges”.
We feel this was not fully explained at time of checking in and as we do not experience this in our country we’re not clear about this at all. We had no option but to pay these charges.
Reception staff definitely need to be more considerate about overseas travellers when explaining these “fees”.
