We traveled 8 hrs for my Mothers funeral & trusted if we spent more on a nicer hotel we'd be more comfortable as the occasion was very stressful. WRONG. The beds & pillows were AWFUL. Couldn't sleep & we got bit by something (not bed bugs) Had to change rooms because 1st was filthy. 2nd room not much better but we were tired. If I could get a 3/4 refund I would. I didn't paid that much for nice people & a nice brief breakfast. We went to a Motel 6 & the beds, pillows & rooms were better & no bug bites!

Customer service was outstanding! We stayed for a week and got to know the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. The hotel was very clean, smelled clean, and was kept up daily. The King suite was comfortable and clean. There is a pool - we didn't use it- and a very nice fire table which we used almost nightly to enjoy some wine. The on-site gym was good and breakfast was fine. The usual: scrambled eggs, potatoes, various sausage breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, etc. It wasn't gourmet but it served its purpose.
Jordon at the front desk was fabulous as well as all of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, we didn't get everyone's name but the gentleman in charge of housekeeping was fabulous as well! Great location and very close to wine country, dining options, and the 215 freeway.

CLEANINESS!!! The sheets were dirty and unchanged when we checked in and went to bed that night. Awful. Mentioned to staff the next morning and they said they would make up the room that day for us. When we returned that night, nothing had been cleaned. No one on duty that knew anything. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
Also the beds were not up to hotel standard. Very thin mattress and soft, low to the carpet. Not comfortable at all and cheap.
