The location was good because it was close to the freeway.
Negatives:
The bathroom sink backed up when turned on and it was missing a stopper. We had to tell the front desk about it. I think that should have been noticed before a customer came into the room. The waffles didn’t fully cook in the middle.

Positives:
Property is located near the university and downtown provided convenient access to the key areas. Breakfast was good and had a diverse choice.
Negatives:
The shower in the room was poorly maintained with inconsistent water pressure. Our room was located on the freeway side, and the constant noise from freeway traffic made it an uncomfortable experience.

The breakfast was ok & the staff there is very nice and friendly.

The room was suite 1 bedroom. & it was an upgraded room but bathroom was dirty it looks like the room was not ready yet..it was not disinfected no toiletries..the shower was dirty..called the front desk & they said it will be cleaned up in the morning because no housekeeping available..looks like the other customer just checked out & they just fixed the bed..we were so tired we just sleep & it was late already.We went out the whole day on the second day & expecting that it was disinfected already when we come back but it was not.Called back front desk again & they said the housekeeper left at 2pm.They should have housekeeper 24/7..no wonder the room was like that..before checking out Iasked for the manager but no manager available too.
