The ambiance of breakfast, lounging area.
Negatives:
The lovely eating, lounging area was so cold you always needed a coat or sweater. Printer didn't work in business area. I may not stay again because of the cold.

Yes I could or turn off the heater. Its on a centralized heating unit that blows only hot air but you CANNOT TURN IT OFF. It was on off and still blowing hot air. I was burning up hot all night. no window to open. They offered me a fan.

The building style, location and service staff. design of rooms was comfortable and roomy.
Negatives:
It was freezing cold in room, atrium and breakfast area. We had to have a space heater for our room. Explanation was heat basically turned on at a certain outside temperature. They need to up that level. Everyone at breakfast wore warm clothing.

No in room references to what local restaurants no menu for room service no channel guide. They way in room coffee and tea was stacked we didnt even see the supply. I had one sick kid and stayed in room an entire day unable to get food delivery.

The staff was amazing. It was late when we had to check in because we were in town for a wedding and decided last minute we had a little bit too much to drink. I needed somewhere to go.

The hotel itself was stunning. Staff was immaculate! My family, and I had a very good memory there. Thank you!
