The parking lot had a car with a flat tire empty beer cans people walking around in their pajamas there was promised breakfast and there was no breakfast and people compliant and the gentleman at the front desk didnt care

I like that the owner and his staff are approachable and nice.
Negatives:
The only things is some of the other occupants come in and out the parking lot real fast. Also, just about every day that I stayed I had to go the office to activate my key why I don't know and owner was getting mad because of it.
