Room is clean, the restaurant is top notch - portions are huge and tasty, enough to fill you for a day or climb a mountain.

The room we took was a mountain view room, but it was in a first floor, and the Mountain View is hidden behind the trees and cars. Not worth your money.
For some reason, theres always some kind of activity at night - random cars, someone is unloading something and constant car engine running. Its first floor, so no calm night for you. The smell inside the room is old, it feels like no one giving it enough time for air to circulate.
Restaurant is understaffed and the order are done incorrectly, so be careful.

The room was clean, staff was great.
Negatives:
Bed was very uncomfortable, room was small for price. Noisy could hear traffic all night. Doors slam shut in hallway. Kids running up stairs. Had to pay for breakfast. Coopers bar and grill very expensive for what you get. Food didn't have much flavor.

We didnt get a house keeping service. When I inquired about it, I was told that I didnt make an appointment for cleaning when I checked in. Well, the front desk Clark didnt ask me about it. The print out of house rule that was left in the room said to contact the house keeping when we DO NOT the cleaning. If they changed the procedure, make sure you update your house rules as well.
Almost all of employees does not smile. We did not feel that we were welcomed there. Friendly smile is the base. Oft language for any service industry. Very disappointed.

we missed happy hour so we paid quite a bit more for our meal which was fair, we had great service. Breakfast was just ok. this isn't a knock but there was only one waitress and she was working her tail off, so if you are in a hurry I would suggest going somewhere else but the service was great just took a while.
Negatives:
everything was fine with the exception of the last night. there were a few drunks that were in the room next to us and they were yelling at each other. one even saying they would kill the other person if they would "do that again.." made my wife uncomfortable.
