Most of the staff was professional.
Negatives:
We were on the third floor and there was a live band playing in the lobby/restaurant. We could hear the music playing from our room and could not sleep. The music didn’t stop playing until 12:30am. I have never had an experience like that. The second night was better. The staff was apologetic and I know it was not their fault.

The location was halfway between the airport and the venue of the event we came for. The room was very clean and comfortable. It got down to 55 degrees that night. We got back to our room shortly after midnight There was just a heavy sheet on each bed. It took a little while for the heater to warm up the room.

The room was poorly prepared, decor was a little ruined, no cutlery or cups for hot drinks. No body wash things available. Only sheets on the bed, no blanket. Key cards stopped working.
