Positives: Seems like it used to be a charming hotel in a cute spot, but it has turned seedy and weird.

Negatives: Room had spiders and bugs in the corners, bathroom was leaky and janky, we had zero hot water for showers, the faucets were loose and leaking all night - but the worst was that our neighbors were out on the balcony smoking and talking loudly all night, right by the no smoking sign!
