Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

We traveled with kids, so booked a room with 2 beds. There was no room with 2 beds. We were given 2 rooms but one of the room did not have shower curtain, no blanket. I called 5 hours before I reach and still no attention was paid to make the room ready.

Totally filthy trash in the hallways people throw their bedding and towels right outside their doors in a pile. Very bad look. I will never stay there again thats for sure.

Everything else. The room was a hodgepodge of mismatched furniture that looked like it came from a thrift store. Paint on the wall chipped and scratched. pillows lumpy. No hair dryer. We had to ask for shampoo. No conditioner. Bad odor. Water tasted awful

The front desk, assistant manager, was very sweet and attentive. She helped me when I had a problem with the room. The location of this hotel was great.

The hotel is older, a bit rundown, and in need of updating. Also, the first room I was put in was not clean and had a bad smell. When I complained, I was put into another room that was cleaned by a different housekeeper and it was much better.

Carpentry screws on the floor as well as dust for the room. Room windows did not work or close, and wall damage from leak in shower head.

It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I checked in with my 9 yr old son. The gentleman checking us in asked us the exact same question verbatim 4X in the 2 1/2min conversation. It was awkward and then became alarming and obvious

staff was super nice and the bed was comfortable but, that bed needs to be at another location along with the staff. Inside of the hotel does not look that great or smell great either

Grit and dirt on the floor especially around the corners.refrigerator was not clean on the inside or the outside. Bath tub was not cleaned. found someone's bar of soap in the shower and the rim around the tub had not been cleaned.
