After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Good Location! We didn’t have the best weather when we were there, but it has lovely swimming facilities, lots of pools, a golf course etc.

Positives: I think the $40 for parking is excessive-it should be included in the rate of the room. Loved the location. The bathroom had great water pressure in the shower and the room was very spacious!

Negatives: the $40 parking fee-and just a warning-the self parking is down a hill, so not very ADA friendly or for those who are not physically able to walk up hills.

Negatives: No hand soap in the hotel room, bathroom had only one towel hook, no hotel manual except QR code which led to an incomplete website (many areas were not filled in and look like a subpar beta website “add hours here.” “Add menu here.”) with minimal information about anything within the hotel, inclu room service (no menu?) and other hotel restaurants.
