I have booked a room here several times - it is a basic room for sleeping. No frills. The beds are comfortable enough. The rooms are quiet enough. Linens and sheets are always clean. Floor and counters are usually clean. I would not want to do anything but sleep in the room, but it was a good price and good location for what I needed.
Negatives:
Hate the lighting. Super white LED bulbs throughout. Harsh and unwelcoming. The furniture is extremely utilitarian. Not a place to stay if you want ambience.

The room stunk like pot and cat piss. The area that the motel was located was a real slum area, with homeless, hookers and drug users around the area. Thank good for the 10 foot high fence and gate that kept out
