There was absolutely no hot water in our room, the staff was rude and then took forever to come check it out and make sure i wasn't lying about it. Then they switched us to a different room but it was on the second floor and my fiancee is handicap and still only gave us half off the room for 1 night when it should have been a free stay.

The room was secure. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The room smelled clean. The location was quiet. My room was by the office. I could not hear activity in the other rooms. No bugs.
Negatives:
I could hear talking outside. I could hear cars pulling up to park. Car doors opening and closing. The front door to the room could have sealed better near the side near the bottom. Thats probably why I heard so much outside noise.

There was a giant dip in the bed ( which they still have the nerve to rent out). The room was filthy and smelled like pee. Staff is rude and was of no help.Paid 101.00 for one night smh.
