Amenities listed as free on Booking.Com are NOT free and some not provided at all eg. water and snacks. Dropped WiFi. Sp out of service for indefinite period. Parking is extra. No on-site mgr. and brusque on-site staff have no authority to address immediate or night-time concerns without off-site consultation. Display definite negative bias if reservation made online via Booking.com. When issues arise, finger- pointing both ways between property and Booking.Com leaves guest without remedy. Overall low expectations given comparable properties still unfulfilled. Our experience consistent with other recent guests.
